My husband and I are big time buffalo wings lovers! Our favorite place to get them is WingStop. However, as a family of five, it's hard to go out to satisfy the craving of delicious buffalo wings.
It wasn't until after I got my Pampered Chef Air Fryer that I became successful in making a good batch of buffalo wings. I am picky about my wings. I want the outside perfectly crisp, while the meat is juicy, and falls off the bone. There is nothing worse than an overcooked buffalo wing. It is the one way to absolutely crush excitement.
Here is what I do:
First, I soak the wings in milk for at least 30 minutes. Then I place each wing on the greased wire racks for my air fryer. I season them with salt and pepper. I cook these on the air fryer setting for approximately 25 minutes. It really depends on the size of the wings and how many you cook. To know if they are cooked all the way through, they should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the wings are cooking in the air fryer, I get the sauce going. Now, I cheat and like to melt a half stick of butter. When it is melted I add an entire container of Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Sauce to the pan. I let this heat up slowly. When the wings are cooked I put them in a mixing bowl adding the sauce right after. Talk about a finger licking good meal.
I like to serve french fries, a salad, or even veggies sticks with this. I am a huge lover of Ranch, so of course we always have a side of either homemade ranch or Mazzio's ranch.(Mazzio's is a pizza joint in Oklahoma). I hope you enjoy this deliciously easy meal! Be blessed and as always below is the link for today's featured item the Air Fryer!
