Tilapia!

Have you ever run out of bread crumbs and wondered what to do? Well, I have a solution for you! If you have the ends of a loaf of bread, pork rinds, or any kind of chip will work for a perfect covering. Tonight, I used potato chips to give a perfect crust to my Tilapia. I crushed potato chips in a food processor. Then, I mixed in roughly 1 tablespoons of everything but bagel seasoning to the crushed chips.


Then, I coated each tilapia fillet with the chip breading. I air fried it for 10 minutes and it was perfect! I served it with a delicious garden salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced carrots, purple onion slivers, shell less sunflower seeds, and a diced bell pepper. Tilapia is one of my favorite fish to cook with. It's great with all kinds of flavors, making it fun and exciting! It's also very hard to mess up.
