So, there I was looking into my fridge wondering what in the world was I going to make for dinner. I love to cook, but sometimes trying to decide what to make for dinner can be difficult. I couldn't decide, so I grabbed the closest ingredients. Thinly sliced ribeye steaks, cream cheese, a jalapeño, green onions, and parmesan cheese. All these ingredients are good, so what could possibly go wrong with putting them together? Absolutely nothing! My husband has requested I record this recipe, and even have fun adding ingredients to it on occasion.
I mixed together 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 finely chopped jalapeno, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese in a bowl. Laying out each piece of steak, I evenly put a potion of the cream cheese filling on each. I roll up the steaks, and add Montreal Steak Seasoning to the outside of the roll.

For the cooking process I do two things. I first sear the steak rolls on a cast iron skillet. Once seared, I cook them for 7 minutes in the Air Fryer on the air fry setting. This entree is delicious and would qualify for those on a keto diet. Enjoy having fun with this recipe, I know I sure will!
