Sloppy Joe's!

Ok, ok I do the basic ground beef with the Manwich original sloppy joe sauce on top of a delicious bun. It's easy and quick for those busy days. The tool I use to help make this meal is one most of you probably don't have......yet. It's called the mix n chop! It is a multi purpose tool that I use ALL the time. It breaks up ground beef perfectly, so your not getting the awkward big chunks of meat. You can also use it for mashed potatoes, shredding chicken, mashing cauliflower, guacamole, mashing fruit and so much more. It is definitely one of my top used utensils in my house.

Now, what to serve with this easy meal of sloppy joes? French fries of course. I cook my french fries in my air fryer french fry basket. They are so good! I cut them up into even pieces and soak them in water for at least ten minutes. If I have the time i like to soak them longer. When it's time to cooked them, I dry them and add seasoned salt. I make sure they are evenly coated before I put them in the basket. I cooked the fry's on the bake setting for 10 minutes, then on the air fry setting for 15-25 minutes depending on if you like them crispy or not. It's a perfect easy meal, that kids just love!

Be blessed my friends and get excited about the kitchen. It's a beautiful place!
