Roasted Chicken With Greens Salad

I LOVE salad! For me, the more colorful the salad the better! I absolutely love treating my food like a peace of art. I am a very creative person, so it brings joy to my heart when I make beautiful food. For my Salad tonight, I put cut up romaine lettuce in the bottom, topped with sliced carrots, sliced red bell pepper, sliced tomatoes, shell less sunflower seeds, and mozzarella pearls.


For the chicken, I marinated it for 2 days in 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of basel, and 1 tablespoon of oregano. I cooked the chicken in my Pampered Chef Air Fryer on the roast setting for 25 minutes. I used a thermometer to make sure it reached the internal temperature of 165°F. I did salt and pepper my chicken before I cooked it, but because of the delicious marinade that is all it needed.


This meal is so delicious, and it only took 30 minutes for me to get it on the table! And added plus...it is very healthy😁
