I absolutely love a good grilled chicken. The key is a good marinade! I made a marinade that will blow you away! All it is is 1/4 cup of Pampered Chef garlic infused oil, 1/2 cup of Pampered Chef cherry balsamic vinega, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, and I tablespoon of Pampered Chef garlic rub. I marinated my chicken overnight and grilled it for lunch the following day!! It was sooooo good.
I also served Brussels sprouts cut in half, asparagus cut into bite size pieces, half of a red onion cut into slices, grilled with butter and bacon pieces. It made for a perfect lunch on a beautiful sunny day!
